Description

Honey Processed Coffee begins with harvesting fully ripe coffee fruits. These coffee fruits are then pulped carefully while using minimal water to help preserve the natural sugars. The freshly pulped coffee is then slowly dried with a layer of the fruit still intact on raised beds for up to 16 days. This produces a high sweetness and balanced acidity.
