Premix for the preparation of a dark rye and wheat bread with many sunflower seeds. Very long shelf life. With intense rye-malt taste.
- premix for the production of a heavy german style Rye-Sunflower bread
- add only yeast and water
- contains a high quantity of sunflower seeds and malted rye flour
- with sourdough, coarse ground rye and linseed
- do not use ice or cold water for the dough mixing process
- moist crumb and an excellent shelf life
