Premix for the preparation of a dark rye and wheat bread with many sunflower seeds. Very long shelf life. With intense rye-malt taste.

  • premix for the production of a heavy german style Rye-Sunflower bread
  • add only yeast and water
  • contains a high quantity of sunflower seeds and malted rye flour
  • with sourdough, coarse ground rye and linseed
  • do not use ice or cold water for the dough mixing process
  • moist crumb and an excellent shelf life
